60ml | 2 oz Fluère Original
150ml | 5 oz Tonic water
Fill a couple full with ice, pour and garnish with a sprig of rosemary
FLUÈRE BASIL SMASH
50 ml | 1 ¾ oz Fluère Original
25 ml | 2/3 oz Lime Juice
15 ml | ½ oz Simple syrup
Muddle fresh basil with the fresh lemon juice in a shaker. Add simple syrup and shake. Double strain in a tumbler and add Fluère.
FLUÈRE GIMLET
60 ml | 2 oz Fluère Original
15 ml | ½ oz Lime juice
10 ml | 1/3 oz Simple syrup
Garnish with a maraschino cherry placed in the bottom of the glass.
FLUÈRE DRY MARTINI (LOW ABV | 6,5%)
50 ml | 1 ¾ oz Fluère Original
50 ml | 1 ¾ oz Dry Vermouth
Dash of orange bitters.
Garnish with an olive.
FLUÈRE ICED COFFEE
50 ml | 1 ¾ oz Fluere Spiced cane
Double espresso
60 ml | 2 oz sweetened cream
Pour over ice cubes and stir

50 ml | 1 ¾ oz coconutmilk

60 ml | 2 oz FLUÈRE spiced cane
20 ml | 2/3 oz Lime juice
10 ml | 1/3 oz sugar syrup
(replace sugar syrup with 15 ml | ½ oz Bols liqueur to get a flavored daiquiri e.g strawberry/raspberry/mango etc)
FLUÈRE ESPRESSO MARTINI
50 ml | 1 ¾ Fluère Spiced Cane
40 ml | 1 1/3 strong espresso
15 ml | ½ oz vanilla syrup
FLUÈRE MULE/ FLUÈRE & STORMY
60ml | 2 oz Fluère Spiced cane
15 ml | ½ oz Lime Juice
120 ml | 4 oz Ginger Beer
Garnish with a lime wedge.
FLUÈRE DUBAI COFFEE
50 ml | 1 ¾ oz Fluere spiced cane
Double espresso
50 ml | 1 ¾ oz sweetened whipped cream
Add Fluere spiced cane and double espresso to a milk can. Warm up, don’t let it boil.
Pour into glass and pour whipped cream on top. Garnish with cacao powder and cinnamon stick.
FLUÈRE MAI TAI (ABV% 2,88% | 0,36 units of alcohol)
60 ml | 2 oz Fluère Spiced cane
15 ml | ½ oz lime juice
15 ml | ½ oz orgeat
15 ml | ½ oz Bols Dry Orange Curacao
Garnish with mint sprig, pineapple leaves and edible orchid.
FLUÈRE CARAJILLO (12,1 % abv | 0,85 units of alcohol)
20 ml | 2/3 oz Galliano L’Authentico
20 ml | 1 oz FLUÈRE spiced cane
1 ½ shot of espresso
Serve warm as a shot or cold over cubes of ice as a cocktail.
FLUÈRE OLD FASHIONED (LOW ABV | 16,9%)
30 ml | 1 oz Fluère Spiced Cane
30 ml | 1 oz Whiskey
5 ml s| 1/6 Simple syrup
2 dashed of angostura bitter and 2 dashes of black walnut bitter. Garnish with orange zest.

ANATOLIA ESPRESSO & TONIC
50 ml | 1 ¾ oz Fluère Anatolia Blend
1 shot of espresso
100ml| 3 oz ml Tonic water
Pour Fluère anatolia and tonic over cubed ice. Finish with a float of espresso.
