Build cocktail in a highball glass with fresh ice and garnish with a lime wedge.

100ml| 3 oz ml Tonic water
Pour Fluère anatolia and tonic over cubed ice. Finish with a float of espresso.
40ml | 1 1/3 oz Fluère Anatolia
150ml | 5 oz tonic water
Fill a couple full with ice, pour and garnish with fresh mint leaves

5 ml 1/6 oz chocolate syrup
Shake all ingredients with cubed ice and fine strain over ice into glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
